Cancel anytime from your dashboard; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, with no partial-period refunds. If you were charged and haven't generated any files, email support@schengendoc.com within 7 days of that first charge and we'll refund it. Consulates decide every application, so business files are not covered by any retail refund guarantee, including the refusal and formatting refunds.

Questions

What counts as one file?: One Complete Short-Stay File for one applicant — the same file we sell for $19 on its own: cover letter, day-by-day itinerary, checklist and insurance check, in PDF and Word. The contents and format match; the retail refund guarantee does not apply to subscriptions (see the billing terms below).
What happens when I run out of files?: New files are paused until your next billing period, or you can upgrade your plan at any time from the dashboard. Existing files stay downloadable.
Do unused files roll over?: No. Your file allowance resets at the start of each billing period.
Are long-stay (Type D) files included?: Not yet. Business plans cover short-stay (Type C) files. Long-stay files can still be bought individually.
How does branding work?: On Pro and Team, your business name and contact line are printed at the top of every page of the PDF and Word files you generate.
Are these blank templates or generated documents?: Generated. You are not buying a blank PDF form that you still have to write yourself. You enter each client's passport, trip dates, itinerary, employer and sponsor details, and the system writes the cover letter and builds the day-by-day itinerary around that specific client — their nationality, their route, their funding situation — using consular rules and AI. The result exports to PDF and editable Word for any final agency tweaks. Business plans include the full generated file, not a blank template.
Can you guarantee a visa?: No. The consulate decides every application. We help you prepare a complete, consistent file.
