When you use our document generator, we ask for trip and profile information such as your full name, nationality, passport number, date of birth, employment details, travel dates, destinations, accommodation type, and financial information.

We also collect technical information automatically, including your browser type, device information, IP address, and cookies or similar technologies used for analytics and site functionality.

The details you enter — including your passport number if you provide one — are saved to your account so you can resume an unfinished draft and re-download a visa file you have paid for. They are transmitted over encrypted connections, stored with row-level access controls that limit each record to the account that created it, and are never sold or used for advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We only use it to generate your documents, process payments, respond to support requests, and improve our service.

We use essential cookies to keep the generator working and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable analytics cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function fully without essential cookies.

Your draft and your generated files stay in your account until you remove them, so a purchased file remains available for re-download. You can clear a draft in the generator at any time, and you can ask us to erase your account and all associated data by emailing the address below.

Refund-claim attachments. If you file a Formatting-Rejection Refund claim, we receive your refusal letter at claims@schengendoc.com — a dedicated address separate from general support. The refusal letter and any correspondence containing it are used only to adjudicate your claim and are deleted within 60 days of claim resolution (approved or denied). You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing the same address.

We process the information you enter into the generator to perform our contract with you — building and delivering the application file you requested and keeping it available in your account. Analytics cookies are processed only on the basis of your consent, which you can give, refuse or withdraw at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer. We rely on our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and abuse for basic security logging.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the site: Stripe (payment processing), our hosting and database provider (site delivery, authentication and storage of your drafts and files), our transactional email provider (order and support email), and Google Analytics (site analytics, loaded only after you consent). We do not sell personal information or share it with advertisers.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us through the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
