SchengenDoc is a document formatting tool that helps travelers prepare Schengen visa application materials, including cover letters, day-by-day itineraries, and personalized document checklists. We do not provide legal, immigration, or consular advice.

All output is generated based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing the generated documents for accuracy before submitting them to any consulate or embassy.

You may preview a draft of your cover letter before paying. To download the full high-resolution PDF, a one-time payment is required. Prices are displayed clearly before checkout.

Two refund routes apply, depending on which file you bought.

Each purchase covers a single generation of your visa file; if you need different documents, you may purchase a new file. Outside the two routes below, sales are final.

$49 short-stay (Type C) file. Full refund if your Schengen visa is refused under Article 32(1) Code 2 of Regulation (EC) 810/2009 — "justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not provided" — claimed within 30 days.

$199 long-stay (Type D) file. 14-day no-questions refund: email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund in full, no refusal letter required.

Filing a claim. Email the refusal letter (short-stay) or your refund request (long-stay) to claims@schengendoc.com within the applicable window — 30 days from the refusal (or final appeal decision) for short-stay claims, 14 days from purchase for long-stay claims. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information. You may not use SchengenDoc to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent documents. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your final submission complies with the requirements of the consulate or embassy where you apply.

SchengenDoc does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant consular authorities. Our tools are designed to help format your application materials; they do not influence the outcome of your application.

We may update these Terms of Use and our service from time to time. Continued use of SchengenDoc after changes means you accept the revised terms. Significant changes will be noted by updating the effective date of this page.
