SchengenDoc is a document formatting tool that helps travelers prepare Schengen visa application materials, including cover letters, day-by-day itineraries, and personalized document checklists. We do not provide legal, immigration, or consular advice.

All output is generated based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing the generated documents for accuracy before submitting them to any consulate or embassy.

You may preview your file before paying. Downloading it requires a one-time payment for the file you choose (business subscriptions are covered separately below). Prices are displayed clearly before checkout.

The Complete Short-Stay File carries the refusal-based refund terms; earlier single cover letter and itinerary purchases keep the same terms. The national long-stay file carries a no-questions refund. None of these refunds guarantees visa approval.

Each purchase covers a single generation of your documents; if you need different documents, you may purchase again. Outside the published refund policies, sales are final, without affecting statutory consumer rights.

$19 Complete Short-Stay File. Formatting-Rejection Refund. Full refund if your visa is refused under Article 32(1) Code 2, claimed within 30 days of the refusal letter or final appeal decision. Email the refusal letter to support@schengendoc.com from your checkout address.

$49 Long-Stay (Type D) File. 14-day no-questions refund. Email support@schengendoc.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no refusal letter, no justification required.

SchengenDoc for Business plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. New plans may start with a card-backed free trial with a limited file allowance; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first charge is taken when it ends.

Each plan includes a file allowance per billing period. Unused files do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.

If you were charged and haven't generated any files, email support@schengendoc.com within 7 days of that first charge and we'll refund it. Consulates decide every application, so business files are not covered by any retail refund guarantee, including the refusal and formatting refunds.

Business account holders such as travel agencies, employers and universities may prepare documents on behalf of their clients, staff or students and deliver the resulting files to them. On plans that include branding, you may print your business name and contact details on those files. You may not resell, sublicense or give third parties access to the SchengenDoc service itself.

Each plan includes a set number of seats. The account owner is responsible for everyone invited to the account, for keeping logins secure, and for all activity under the account.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information. You may not use SchengenDoc to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent documents. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your final submission complies with the requirements of the consulate or embassy where you apply.

If you enter another person's details, including passport or travel information, you confirm that you have their permission to do so and to have the documents prepared for them.

SchengenDoc does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant consular authorities. Our tools are designed to help format your application materials; they do not influence the outcome of your application.

We may update these Terms of Use and our service from time to time. Continued use of SchengenDoc after changes means you accept the revised terms. Significant changes will be noted by updating the effective date of this page.
